Borany Penh

Borany Penh is the founder and CEO of Dev-Analytics, a research and data science firm helping international non-profits, private sector, and government clients improve their economic and social impact.

Prior to leading Dev-Analytics, Ms. Penh held several notable positions in international development. She served as a director at the National Security Council (NSC), a senior advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and a team leader at an international non-profit. She has also appeared on many public panels and written on international development issues for publications such as the HuffPost. Ms. Penh has traveled and worked in countries around the world but equally enjoys spending time at home with her family.

She credits her professional achievements to an appreciation for life-long learning and champions throughout her life who have supported and mentored her. Ms. Penh has an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and a Masters from the London School of Economics.
